ApartmentAttached to the house is a very nice studio apartment with separate entrance, full modern kitchen, and full modern bath. The apartment has its own electric and telephone connections. We have not rented the apartment for eleven years, preferring to use it as a guest room for clients, friends and relatives. For guests who enjoy their privacy, it is the perfect place. However, we have had numerous inquiries regarding the availability of the apartment, simply from small-town word of mouth. We have been offered rent of $500 per month (which would pay the taxes on the entire property).
